Call Center Agents Love Some Pampering Too

A lot of people think that working in a call center is like working in a very stressful environment. Well it is, with all the quotas, statistics and metrics that a call center agent has to keep up with, then the stress levels can really be that daunting.

That is why most of the call center sites have addressed these areas for relaxation wherein they can be pampered in these comfortable massage tables for like a 30-minute quick massage before and or after the shift. Well, again, these are only for those call centers that have these extra space and budget to accommodate such additional amenity in their offices.

But for those who are only start ups and still want to give the same pampering to their call center agents, they can outsource a spa company for a couple of days to have them set up their stuff in one corner. This will definitely delight these call agents who experience a lot of stress dealing with their everyday calls for their entire shift.
